This is a fantastic Freelander, it is a top of the range ES model and has only had two former keepers. There is MOT until December 15th 2010 – with absolutely no advisory points given.
This Freelander has all the luxuries of the ES model.
In the winter months you have the fantastic heated leather seats; and the electric wing mirrors that fold in to protect them when parked, and are heated so that whatever the weather you will always have good vision from them. In the summer months you have the air conditioning that will keep you cool.
This Freelander is a practical car, whatever you want it for. If you have dogs then the tailgate window goes down so you can give them plenty of air. If you need to transport goods then the seats fold down giving a large, completely flat space in the back. If you have a family then there is plenty of space for five adults with loads of leg room to travel in absolute comfort – and these vehicles are comfortable.
One thing I love about the Freelanders is their safety. The vision that you have of the road when you drive the Freelander is fantastic – an ordinary car will never feel as safe again after driving this! In this ES model you have dual airbags – passenger and driver. There is a factory fitted alarm and immobiliser, along with locking wheel nuts.
To entertain you as you enjoy driving this Freelander there is a stereo with radio, cassette on the dash, and 6 CD changer securely hidden under the passenger seat – all of this you can control by buttons right there on your steering wheel.
Then there is the style of a Freelander. The look that makes heads turn as you drive down the road. This is a beautiful Freelander in with the stunning grey set against shining alloy wheels, which are protected with mud flaps.
The steptronic auto gearbox means that you have the best of both worlds. You can operate on full automatic mode; and on those days when you feel like having more control then you can manually change your gears using the steptronic mode – what more could you ask for?
Then there is the pulling power! If you have something you need to tow then this beast will make light work of it – when you put your foot down it is like it takes off! With the tow ball and electrics already in place all you need to do is hitch up and away you go.
There is full service history with this Freelander:
01/05/01 2,530 miles
06/02/02 10,911 miles
22/01/03 23,938 miles
13/12/03 35,290 miles
14/12/04 45,727 miles
16/12/05 57,330 miles
04/12/06 66,855 miles
08/12/08 82,360 miles
05/01/10 86,545 miles (Head gaskets replaced)
The MOT history is:
16/12/2005 57,330 miles – no advisory notice issued
04/12/2006 66,855 miles – advisory on two of the tyres
13/12/2007 76,395 miles – no advisory notice issued
11/12/2008 82,360 miles – No advisory notice issued
01/12/2009 86,450 miles – no advisory notice issued
There are a couple of cosmetic issues that I need to point out:
1. There is a small ding on the drivers door.
2. There is a crack in the windscreen, which will need replacing. This will generally cost just £50 with you insurance.
Style, comfort, luxury, practicality and power all wrapped up in one car! How can you resist?
This is a great car, why not come and see for yourself?
